Yemisrach Microfinance S.C on its General Assembly held on December 2019,has decided to issue new shares and raise its capital to 100,000,000.00 and increase its branch network to all over the country.It will sell some of its shares to foreign nationals of Ethiopian origin based on the new directive of the national bank.This new sale of share will began soon and you can follow up on our news page.

የ5ኛ መደበኛ ጠቅላላ ጉባኤ አጀንዳዎች:-

1. የጉባዔውን አጀንዳዎች ማጽደቅ
2. አዳዲስ ባለአክሲዮኖችን መቀበል፤
3. የዳይሬክተሮች ቦርድ ሪፖርትን ማድመጥ እና ተወያይቶ ማጽደቅ፣
4. የውጭ ኦዲተር ሪፖርትን ማዳመጥ፤ እና ተወያይቶ ማጽደቅ
5. የጉባኤውን ቃለጉባኤ ማጽደቅ፤
